Water Baptism

An important part of a Christian’s journey with Jesus Christ is baptism. Baptism marks the beginning of a new life through the symbolic use of water. Baptism by immersion in water is a public profession of faith that is mentioned in the Bible. It is a symbol of repentance and the beginning of a new life in Christ.

Acts 2:38 “Peter replied, Repent and be baptized, every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
